Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

As a brand new build, the house is clean, modern, and fully furnished to help your stay be more comfortable. This home has recently been completely remodeled and all kitchen appliances are new. The bathroom is completely new. It’s close to I-15, shopping, Adobe and Silicon Slopes tech companies.

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.
