This was one of the best Airbnb stay's for us yet. And we've travelled the world staying at more Airbnb's than we can count. Jacob and Moerani were very communicative, extremely flexible, super accommodating, and superbly gracious. They even offered us some of their World Class barbecue as an added bonus! And the space was a tremendous value for the Oak Ridge area. A great space with great hosts!!

A nice apartment, far enough out of town to be quiet, yet close enough not o feel isolated. Some traffic noise from I40, but it never bothered me. I’d definitely stay again!

Great location, cozy atmospere and their pizza restaurant shares the courtyard. Small and cozy!! Will stay again when in the area!

Her space was spotless, check-in was easy, she left a sweet gift for my partner’s birthday, and genuinely thought of everything we could have needed during our stay. We had a great stay with Anita and David. Everything was clean and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their attention to detail and their added special touches were appreciated. This place was great. It was actually much more spacious than we thought and it had a big fenced in back yard for our 1.5 year old to run around in without worry. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the water pressure in the showers were pretty lack luster. All in all it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this place!

The house was well taken care of and private. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive. The driveway is plenty big enough to fit a few trucks and trailers.

I stayed here for a week while traveling for work. My husband and joined me mid-week. Matthew was a very good, speedy communicator, responding within minutes most of the time I had questions. We used the dock everyday! We grilled almost every night. It was peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. We give Matthew and his home 5 stars!

My sister and brother in law now reside in Tellico Village. The location of this home was perfect for us while visiting. It was easy access to their home and all the adventures which they had planned for us to partake in.
