We live on the premises and enjoy sharing our home with families with kids, friends reuniting, & large families. You’ll love my place because of its quiet, private location, great accommodations and lots of entertainment options. We serve breakfast for an additional $15/person/night with 24+ hours notice. Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies are all within two miles. Liberty University is 15 minutes away. Univ of Lynchburg and Randolph are 10 minutes. There's plenty of off street parking.

Outdoor activities are available throughout the area: ample hiking trails, kayaking excursions, fishing, Lake Moomaw, the infamous natural, warm spring waters bubbling from the earth, etc.!

IF YOU REQUIRE TWO GUESTS TO USE TWO BEDROOMS (an additional $40), please REGISTER AS 3 GUESTS, even though there are only two of you. You may not bring in overnight guests that you did not include in your reservation. Long pickup trucks will have difficulty turning around in our driveway.

The Blakemore Suite is on the 2nd floor of Rockwood Manor BnB, a historic masterpiece off I-81 convenient to VA Tech and Radford. It features a comfortable king bed, breakfast table, and an elegant en‑suite bath with walk‑in shower and jacuzzi tub. At Rockwood, relax in comfy leather sofas in the timeworn Buchanan Tavern near the antique hearth and a polished bar. Enjoy the VA Tech game room that gives off Hokie energy with bold maroon and orange accents and mix of classic and modern gaming.

Susie's Place

Come & enjoy a nice relaxing getaway in this spacious 3 bedroom home in down town Covington, Va. Sue's house has lots to offer; from the large private fenced in yard & spacious back deck, to all the household amenities. This house has recently been remodeled to accommodate 8 guests. The area in which the house is located is ideal for hiking, biking, kayaking, tubing, and fishing. It's also near the historic town of Clifton Forge. There is a paper mill in Covington that puts off a smell.
