There is an 18' pool (Jun-Sep) and Grill, and an inflatable 4-person Hot Tub (Year Round). There are 5 Kayaks, 2 iSUPs, Pedal-boat, a Sunfish Sailboat, 7 Skis, and 26 Bicycles of all sizes and kinds. Just 1 hour from NYC and 30 min from the Delaware Water Gap. Restaurants, Walmart, and shopping are all within 2-miles.

However, we allow guests use of our shared by all sunroom, which has a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, seating and a TV, but please be aware that our pets (cats and birds) have access to this shared room (but never to the guest areas).
