The Linhay

Relax in a rural setting only minutes away from M5 main road access, Exeter airport, Rockbeare Manor, Westpoint arena and the beautiful city of Exeter is only 10 minutes by train from Whimple or Cranbrook railway stations. A quiet secluded self contained annexe half a mile from the local village of Rockbeare with woodland walks where you can look out for the local wildlife and in the evenings enjoy a sundowner watching the bats and owls. Easy drive to beaches at Exmouth, Budleigh and Sidmouth.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Lake Lodge with hot tub at Farthings Farm

We loved living in Lake Lodge whilst we renovated our farmhouse. Waking up each morning to such beautiful views of the pond is a wonderful experience and a great start to a day. The peaceful surroundings, the sounds of birds, wonderful wildlife and beautiful views will recharge your batteries! We currently keep our horses, chickens, ducks,goats, cats and dogs on the farm and will soon be adding some pigs and sheep. For 2026 we have now added a hot tub on the decking with wonderful views.

It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

"Little Haven" is a very attractive and beautifully restored home on the edge of Topsham, within easy reach of the high street with its shops, pubs, cafes and and restaurants and a short walk from the historic quay and waterfront with its fantastic views and sunsets. You have all of the house to yourself and a shared quiet, pebbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a holiday getaway, Sporting or Music Events and visiting Exeter university.
