This newly remodeled studio is perfectly located right at the ski lift and in the heart of Breckenridge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, massive bathroom and cool design features. The building has all the amenities: pool, hot tubs, gym.
This is a 400 square foot one-room studio located on the fourth floor. It has a king-sized bed and a queen-size pull-out couch with memory foam mattress (it's still not the most comfortable thing but does the deed). There is TV with cable, a small closet, two-person breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. The bathroom has double sinks, and bathtub/shower, separate toilet room. There are many cool design features such as reclaimed barnwood wall, slate bathroom tile, wood floors, vintage ski photos, stacked stone backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and walnut counters. The unit looks out to a courtyard area. It's perfect for a couple or a few close friends/family members as it's basically the size of a normal hotel room. It is very very quiet as it is in a concrete building sharing only the bathroom/kitchen wall with nobody above.
The Village at Breckenridge is a large complex of several buildings. This unit is located in Peak 9 Inn which has heated underground parking, conference center, business center, an indoor/outdoor pool, four hot tubs, and decent workout room. There is a ski shop downstairs for rentals.
The Village at Breckenridge is located at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. The lift is just a couple hundred feet from the building. Main Street, where most shops and restaurants are located, is just a couple blocks away.

Much of this building is managed by Vail Resorts and has a traditional front desk, valet, etc. Because we rent our unit on our own, we are able to provide a better pricing than Vail (and it's cooler). But, the front desk and valet are not available to our guests. You will access garage by getting key card and parking pass from a lockbox located in the garage.
