The home includes a kitchen/dining room, living room, downstairs bathroom and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Enclosed bright and sunny rear garden.
The house is fully equipped and includes linen and towels and tea and coffee on arrival. The dining area is open plan to the kitchen and includes a dining table and 4 chairs, the modern style kitchen provides, a selection of cooking and dining utensils as well as a built in electric cooker, gas hob, integrated dishwasher, integrated washer-dryer, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. The living room includes a sofa, coffee table and television. On the first floor there is a single bedroom, a second bedroom with twin single beds and a double bedroom with a double bed. Wireless broadband is provided. Guests will also have use of a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The ground floor bathroom, a common feature of Victorian style property has a modern bathroom suite of a bath with a shower over, sink and wc. An ideal place to stay for a family visiting the City or a home from home for short business trips. Accommodating up to a maximum of 5 guests and ideally for bookings of 5 nights or longer. Weekly linen changes and cleaning can be arranged, please ask for details

Please note that the parking on the street is permitted and therefore we are unable to provide parking with this listing, although visitor day permits can be provided for temporary guest parking. It will be advisable that guests don't bring a car. The accommodation is very close to the City Centre so other than trips outside the City, most areas can be visited on foot, bike or public transport.
