Bright and cozy space in a historic home just a short walk from Grant Park. Private 1BD with full kitchen and bath, plus your own screened porch and use of the large backyard. Tons of charm and close to so much Intown has to offer.
Tucked away in the rear of a gorgeous green property and a 100 year old home, this relaxed and welcoming space has rustic and old school details to create a comfortable retreat during your stay in Atlanta. A floor-to-ceiling headboard crafted from reclaimed barn wood frames a super soft bed, and the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Lots of light filters in from the large shady backyard. Feel free to enjoy the yard or soak in the tree-filled view over coffee or a drink from your own screened porch, complete with Adirondack chairs and a hammock. Note: The unit is attached to the main home above, but all entry is private and secure.

I am available via phone or text to address any of your questions or space needs, and more than happy to provide a list of recommendations for local spots to eat, drink and play, nearby or farther afield.
Please respect my neighbors. Very early and very late loud noise disturbs myself and neighbors who get up early or who have small children.
Parking is on street; we have a designated parking 'lane'. In front of the property (white picket fence) is preferable, but anywhere along the street in the parking lane is fine.
Please do not park in the driveway.
Enter through the red gate and to the back of the property.
Check out time is flexible; simply confirm with me so I can prepare for the next guests as necessary. Please wash all dishes, turn lights off, lock door, and return key to lockbox before departure.
Hello! I'm originally from Atlanta (a rare native), but I bounced all around the country (St. Louis, Colorado, Bay Area, Austin, Chicago) before boomeranging back to my hometown. I'm a frequent traveller all over the U.S. and elsewhere, and have loved using Air BnB when I travel---that feeling of home away from home can't be beat. I'm happy to share my recommendations for all the best haunts and activities in Atlanta and beyond...
