Prior to your trip we provide a detailed guide to the flat and the local area, including a selection of our favourite restaurants, coffee shops, bars and eateries (and handy things like how to use the dishwasher!). There's 24 hour security and key handover available on-site.

SECURE UNDERGROUND CAR PARKING available - please ask for details (accessible directly from lift to apartment, avoids problems of costly on-street parking in the city). The property is available for long-lets of minimum 10 nights stay - ideal for corporate lets or longer trips.
We want you to enjoy your stay and have just a few house rules to keep the space enjoyable for both our guests and our neighbours :
a. No smoking in the flat or on the enclosed balcony
b. Please keep the noise down between 10pm and 7am
c. The flat is only to be used by the number of guests booked-in. We may check this periodically during your stay. We do not accept bookings from stag/hen "dos" or other parties.
d. Any breakages or lost linen must be paid for.
e. No pets, sorry.
