Close to buses, train (to NYC) , Brookdale Park, to downtown Montclair and Upper Montclair.
This is a modernized cape cod house surrounded with trees and greenery, filled with interesting art, comfortable beds and cozy shared areas inside and out. It is situated on a lovely quiet street with no traffic, yet it is close to the train and the bus to NYC.

Guests are welcome to use the living room, the deck and the backyard. The kitchen and the dining room are available as well if you want to prepare your own meals.
There is a daily fee of $5 for cooking lunch and/or dinner/per family. You are welcome to use my condiments, cooking oils etc.
