The apartment is a minimalistic and modern Caribbean studio. Full of light & sea breeze, it is located in the heart of Condado and Ashford Ave. (for those doing some research beforehand).
You will live a genuine experience of living in the Caribbean and enjoying the warm hospitality that Puerto Rico has to offer.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
The whole studio is for you to enjoy. Other than the studio you can access all common areas of the building which include the lobby, gym, pool, and small study.

The apartment does not include parking. Guests might find street parking but it is a busy street and chances are low. Best bet is parking in the Marriot for a flat fee and renting a car only for the days you are planning on using it. Condado has a lot to offer so a car is only needed when venturing into the island. Loss and Damages: Any and all damages to the home or negligence resulting in damage to the apartment or contents will result in cost to repair being deducted from the security deposit. Guest(s) shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident/injury to any person, loss of money, jewelry, and other items of personal property, arising out of use of premises or the items of personal property provided by the lessor. It is agreed by the parties that Owner is exempted and held harmless from any and all liability, and any damage or injury to any person or property. Guest(s) shall inspect and be familiar with property use and application such prior to using them. Guest(s) hereby agrees to in INDEMNIFY and hold Roberto Homar harmless of any and all claims including those of third parties. Guest(s) assumes the risk of injury or other losses/ relating to any recreational activities and will not hold owner responsible. Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises. There will be a $25.00 charge in addition to shipping charges for handling the return of any articles found by housekeeping.
Exclusive use of Property: Improper use of appliances and installations/or damages to these will be charged to Guest. Toilet, shower, sink shall be used only for their intended purpose. Do not flush any “tampon” or “condom” in the toilet. Emergency unclogging of toilet will have a charge of no less than $150.00. Please dispose garbage in a clean and sanitary manner. Excessive garbage should be taken to the proper garbage receptacle located next to the stairs on every floor. Excessive garbage left inside the apartment will have an extra charge of $10.00. Please avoid bringing sand into the apartment; excessive sand in the shower will have a charge of $20.00.
Zero Tolerance: Guest and the members of his party shall not use or permit into the property any illegal controlled substances, firearms or items hazardous nor carry out illegal activities.
No Pets allowed: Evidence of pets may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed. Evidence of smoking may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit.
Check Out: Guest(s) shall leave premises in neat and undamaged condition.
Keys: A minimum charge of $50.00 will be assessed for key delivery in the event of a lockout during your stay or for lost key.
Internet and Cable Service: Your property is equipped with basic Internet and cable service.
Parking: No parking is available with this rental.
Pool: Is located on the premises on the ground floor and is opened from 8:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. There is not lifeguard on duty use at own risk.
Gym: Is located on the second floor and is open from 8:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. Use at your own risk.
Laundry: is located on the second floor and is open 24/7.
Emergency Right of Entry: Owner has immediate right of entry in cases of emergency, or to protect or preserve the premises. Guest shall not alter or add locks.
Sublet: The unit or any part thereof may NOT be sublet.
Maid Service & Linens/Towels: Linens and bath towels are included in the unit, bathroom towels are not intended to be taken out of the unit. Extremely soiled or stained towels and bed sheets will have a charge of $10.00 per piece. Daily maid service is not included, if you desire housekeeping services, we can provide you with the contact number of a Housekeeper.
No extra Guests / No House Parties: Owner will accept as Rental Guests couples and responsible adults of acceptable age of AirBnb. Guest(s) agree that the premises shall not be occupied by more than the number of people stated in the reservation. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of security deposit. Rental Guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend neighbors.
Act of Nature: The Owner cannot be held liable for any acts of nature or occurrences beyond our control.
Violating Agreement: Violation of any of the conditions of this Agreement may terminate the Agreement. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately(URL HIDDEN)
