In order to keep our cleaning fee reasonably low and ensure that our home is respected and well cared for, please observe the following:

It would be greatly appreciated if guests adopted a "shoes off at the door" habit whenever possible.

• Leave the house reasonably clean when you go (dishes in the dishwasher, counters wiped off, things put away, etc).

• Please leave any beds you slept in unmade. This makes things easier for our wonderful cleaning staff.

• Unless other arrangements have been made, I will give you complete privacy and email instructions to your personal email (please provide after booking) for getting inside.

• If you break something, please let us know, including sending us a photo of the broken item.

• Check In is 4 pm. Check out is 10 am.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the home.

The house is in a fantastic location with shops, restaurants, and bars all in walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Cindy's instructions were very clear and allowed for a smooth check-in.

Great, central location. Pearl St area easily walkable. < 10 blocks to Mt Sanitas trailheads.

Cannot beat the location of this lovely home! Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and it was a short walk from Pearl St. We'd definitely book this home again.

This house is well-located within walking distance to Pearl street attractions, as well as Whole Foods and other markets. There is a serene front porch that is perfect for passing the time. The layout is split with one bedroom downstairs, and the other three upstairs along with the only bathroom. We had four adult along for our visit - another bathroom would have been a plus, but it wasn't a show-stopper. Overall, the house was great, I'd stay there again.

Great house located within walking distance of Pearl Street. Atmosphere is very relaxed and the front porch is a great place to kick back. The only downside is just one bathroom but the rest of the house more than makes up for that.

Thanks Jerry! The second full bath is on its way and is currently being painted and restored with new cabinetry and updates. Keep this in mind when you return to Boulder as the 2nd bath will soon be ready!

I ENJOY THE GREAT OUTDOORS AND WALKING, GARDENING, COOKING, AND RELAXING. I BELIEVE IN HISTORIC PRESERVATION. THIS LAND MARKED HOME IS A GEM, PRESERVED FOR ALL FUTURE GENERATIONS TO COME. IT IS HAPPILY SHARED WITH OUR GUESTS. Walking to the fine events, MT Sanitis and restaurants from our home is a treat as this Historic neighborhood will captivate you.
