This condo is filled with natural light and is very airy and open. The interior is brand new with all new high end furnishings. The common area has an open floor plan with lots of windows overlooking historic buildings in Toronto's oldest and most historic neighborhood in the downtown core.
You are within walking distance from many of Toronto's main attractions and shopping destination (Eaton's Center, The Hudson Bay - Saks Fifth Store), Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, Ripley's Aquarium and many more. Wake up to a Starbucks' downstairs, 24 HRS Metro grocery store down the street with pharmacies, a movie theatre and tour buses are around the corner .
The condo is fully furnished and designed to feel homey while you are on business trips, quick weekend getaways or an extended vacation. We are on the 3rd floor so no need to take the elevator if you prefer to go up and down.
The island in the kitchen can seat 4 people and there is a dinning room table that can seat 6-9 people. You may decide to not bother cooking at all with the St. Lawrence Market right across a 5 minute walk with great international food stalls, organic and raw food. A major 24 hour supermarket "Metro Grocery" - is also just across the street from the Market. There are plenty of casual and fine dinning restaurants in the area.
Guests have access to unlimited use of a coffee machine, as well as gourmet teas. Not in a mood to make coffee at home? Plenty of coffee bars to choose in the area: Neo Japanese Coffee bar across the street, Starbucks down below, a European style cafe Balzac's (Front and Lower Market Street and the Distillery District), Second Cup and Tim Horton's are all within a block.
The open concept kitchen boasts a huge island, farmhouse sink, custom wood cabinetry, Cambria quartz counter tops, and all new stainless steel appliances (slide-in stove, fridge, below the counter pull-out microwave, dishwasher). The kitchen is open to a beautifully furnished dining and living room.
There is a laundry room with full size front loading, brand new washer and dryer.
The home has a large 55" smart TV in the living room with Bell Fibe TV, Netflix and free high speed WiFi throughout. The guest room also has a TV with Bell Fibe TV.

Guests have access to most everything the home has to offer. If we are missing anything please let us know, and we would be happy to supply it! You have access to the whole condo with the exception of the master bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked with quality cookware, plates, glasses, and cooking utensils. The pantry is stocked with coffee, tea, cereals, cooking oils, spices, limited dry goods.
You will find extra towels, linens, etc, in the linen closet located in the hall in front of the bedroom and across the bathroom.
There is a new washer and dryer in the laundry room off the front hallway available for guest use with laundry soap.
Shampoo, conditioner, soap is provided.
Nanny and housekeeping service can be arranged for an additional fee to be booked at the time of booking.

This is our home. We live in it. We love meeting people and love having guests. That said, we live in a high-end, luxurious, highly secured with 24hr. concierge, condo building. No unauthorized guests are allowed so make sure you have your keys to go in and out and if asked, let the concierge know that you are my guests.
The building has a pool, gym, patio on the second floor accessed with your fob. The entrance is on the right of the elevator down a long hallway at the end of which you will require the fob. Access to any doors, including the recreation room, gym, pool in the building requires the fob. Please do not loose your keys or the fob.
Please review the House Rules to see whether you are comfortable with them before booking.
- Please remove your shoes at the front door to keep the apartment clean.
- Respect our neighbors. No loud noise after 10pm.
- Absolutely no unapproved guests are allowed. Only guests booked as residents permitted in the condo.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PARTY are allowed in the unit. Small intimate gathering is allowed. If you are unsure please ask the host in advance.
- No pets. Key entrance Fob replacement $100. Government issued ID for verification.
-The suite is thoroughly checked after EVERY STAY. If anything is damaged or goes missing you will be charged.
