Exceptional location with spectacular views from 8th floor in first line of the beach and in the center of Santa Pola. The proximity to the port and the fish market will allow you to buy fresh seafood.
The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with appliances (TV Led, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, stove, refrigerator, washing machine ..) kitchenware and bed and bath linens. Air Conditioning and heat.
This apartment can be rented in both summer and winter. Very bright and welcoming. Large terrace overlooking the bay.
The months of July and August are available parking included in the price.
The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (linen, utensils ..) has 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 double room with 2 single beds) with the street is pedestrian promenade where there are all kinds of restaurants, shops and services. It is 10 km from Alicante International Airport.

The street where the building is located is pedestrian and the portal is easily accessible because it has no stairs. The elevator reaches the ground floor.

The town of Santa Pola offers a scent of old seafaring town without neglecting the services required by tourism. All kinds of restaurants, museums, shops, unforgettable protected landscapes as Tabarca and Salinas, idyllic beaches, seafood purchased at the fish market ..etc

If you have a car, the months of July and August there is available a public parking space included in price due to high occupancy. The other months no problem with parking.
A few meters away there is a bus stop where you can easily access all the beaches and coves of Santa Pola.
From the port they depart daily and hourly boats to Tabarca.

Please be courteous and civil for proper coexistence with the neighborhood.
Input checking will be made and one output. An amount shall be paid for loss of keys (12 euros) and the loss of card access to parking (30 euros).
