Nestled within the heart of Edinburgh’s old town and situated directly on the Royal Mile is this stunning 2 bedroom apartment. Step out into the beating heart of Edinburgh’s most historic area, where world famous landmarks, such as The Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace, are only minutes walk away.

Recently fully renovated, this apartment has been designed to provide a sense of space, serenity and calmness throughout. It aims to allow you to get away from it all while enjoying the convenience of staying in the very heart of Edinburgh. The Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace are literally minutes walk from the apartment.

Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly fitted with all mod cons. There are two large bedrooms, one containing a double bed and the other two singles. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Travel cot, highchair etc can be provided.

A balcony to the rear of the apartment allows you to relax and enjoy the exceptional views of Calton Hill over the secluded courtyard.

Waverley Train Station is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment where you can also catch the tram or Airlink bus to Edinburgh Airport.

Limited on street "pay & display" parking - chargeable from 8.30am-6.30pm Mon-Sat. Free all day Sunday. Unrestricted parking is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.

*Clarinda's Tearoom next to the apartment is very friendly and make delicious home cooked food.
*Tesco Express on Holyrood Road is 5 minutes walk.
*Starbucks is a 2 minute walk up The Royal Mile.
