Our four season home is located on one of the beautiful beaches and waters of Southern Georgian Bay! Our beach house has 90ft of private shoreline with crystal clear shallow water making it a perfect spot for children.
The home has a modern interior with gorgeous views.
Modern bright home sits directly on a private beach and beautiful waters of Southern Georgian Bay, with a view of Blue Mountain.
The living room is spacious with a gas fireplace, satellite tv, blue ray player, dvd/cd player and a stereo for entertainment.
The dining room has a large dining table (seats 10) great for enjoying a wonderful meal.
The kitchen is bright and spacious with all the appliances needed including a dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee bean grinder, coffee maker, kettle, immersion blender with chopping & whisk attachments, set of pots & pans, knife block set, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses etc... for 12 people.
The solarium has a 180 degree view of the property and has a gas fireplace, dining table for 6 people, with access to two balconies (1 with Gas BBQ & 1 with a chaise & table).
The master bedroom is spacious with an ensuite bathroom.
Step outside and enjoy the beautiful view and amenities which include, outdoor dining (seats 12), 8 Resin Adirondack Chairs, fish pond, and large fire pit. For the little ones, we have an outdoor cedar playhouse.
We also have a highchair, playpen and children's wooden play kitchen available. Please request these items when booking.

All cleaning supplies are provided, , including Dishwashing Liquid, Dishwasher Tabs & Hand Soap. Toilet paper will also be provided.
Linens, Towels, Duvets & Pillows will also be provided.
Please note: Cleaning fee only covers the cost of dry cleaning the Linens & Towels.
All garbage & recyclables are to be removed from the house and placed in the bins provided that are located on the side of the garage. Waste must be placed out to the curb on Mondays by 9am.
Noise and Disturbances: The beach house is situated in a community with other cottages/homes, some of which are occupied on a year-round basis. The Renter(s) are expected not to create excessive noise or disturbances at any time during their stay and specifically after 11:00pm.
Cleaning: The Renter(s) must leave the beach house in the same state of cleanliness and general condition that it was found in. Cleaning products that are compatible with our septic system will be provided. Cleaning fee includes dry cleaning charge for linens.
Garbage/Recycling: The Renter(s) agree to remove all garbage and recyclables from the beach house. Waste must be placed out to the curb on Mondays by 7am. Please use the bins provided. No loose garbage etc. is to be left on or in the beach house or public roadway.
Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the beach house. This is strictly enforced. Smoking is allowed outside and renter(s) are to place all cigarette butts in the ashtray containers only.
Gas BBQ: Do not use flammable solvents to start the BBQ. Please turn off the gas valve after each use.
Outdoor Pond: The Renter(s) acknowledge that a large pond is located on the property on the beach side and agree that no children will be left unattended in that area.
Pets: Owners are required to clean up after their pets. No pets on beds or couches.
We also require a signed rental agreement.
