The apartment is part of an intimate rustic complex, Cabañas Lobolira, located on a hill near the pier of San Juan. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the bay.
It has a small bright kitchen, a dark bedroom and ample bathroom, total 25m2; the covered terrace of 12m2 (rocking chairs, hammock and dining table) functions as an open air living room. Quiet, but only 200m from the bay and 350m from the restaurants area. Private parking and caretaker included. Small shops at 50m.

This property has a bedroom, toilet, shower room and kitchen. Sheets hang from the door frames to separate the rooms and give some privacy. No aircon but electric fan provided.

We had a lovely stay in this unique beautiful apartment while in San Juan del Sur. Jan-Luc communicated well and was attentive to all our needs. We loved the patio with the stunning views and sea breeze and enjoyed staying on the outskirts of the centre of town.
