Great studio garden apartment in the heart of the vibey city and walking distance to many restaurants of Kloof street and less than 10min drive to beaches of Camps Bay.
A great cozy space that would suit if you like spending time enjoying the city, or need a quiet space to work from.

Der Wohnraum

The apartment is nice and cosy, perfect for a couple or business traveller. It's at the foot of the mountain on the road that leads to both Lion's Head and Table Mountain hikes.
It is quite comfortable as a studio apartment and the furniture has been positioned for best use of the space. A comfortable double bed that looks over the lounge. A kitchen with all the basic essentials for you stay. I love spices, so if you like to cook, there will be plenty of spices for you to choose from :)
There is one bathroom with shower over bath.
But the best feature for me, is the private garden courtyard which no one else has access to.
I have a small braai and a big outside table with chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice glass of wine at. Little birds visit the bird bath tucked away in the garden. I also have a hammock that you can set-up for a lazy afternoon reading a book, or a yoga mat for morning practice.

Guests have access to the apartment and the private courtyard.
Sometimes, if I'm travelling, guests will also have access to a parking bay inside the premises, but else there is plenty of parking on the street.

I have very limited wifi at the apartment, but make enough available to you for your stay to cater for basic needs like communication with friends family, and your favourite social media websites. It's not streaming quality as it is a mobile data device. I'm always open to discussing should you have more serious internet needs than the above :)
The apartment is located at the back of a busy-ish road, but you can't really hear the cars when in apartment, or in courtyard.

Mark is a really nice host. The apartment is confortable, well equipped and in a nice vibrant neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend. Mark offered us to use is BBQ and charcoal. Nice attention !

The location is great, the flat despite being a little bit cluttered is of a good size and good for one or two people. We had a couple of frustrations with it, I only choose properties with wifi as I am travelling long term, this place has a prepaid one which run out on the second day, my friend and I only used for (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) etc, and the host Mark and property manager Christine dealt with it in a very poor and patronising manner saying we had to pay ourselves, we had one set of towels for 10 days, a bulb needed changing and we were told to do it initially, had to insist for Christine to come and do it. I would not stay again in any property managed by Christine or owned by Mark.

Hi Margarete, That is not quite accurate. We provided you with ample wifi for your stay and said should you run out, please to top up yourself. This was stated in the house rules of the listing. Each time you ran out (x3), and once called us at 11.30pm to top you up, we topped you up at your insistence with enough data to last a month. We also arrived at the apartment within 20 min of your request that we change the lightbulb for you, a spare which was at hand in the kitchen.
