All of our apartments are fully furnished and kitchens are equipped. Linens and towels are provided and beds will be made when you arrive.

The usage of pool area, gym & sauna is free of charge to all of our guests. You will be able to access those facilities with a key fob which you will receive along with your apartment key at check-in. This fob will also be your access key to the secured residential area.

The building provides an array of dining options, including fresh seafood at Casablanca On The Bay, Chinese cuisine at Tony Chan's Waterclub, authentic Italian dishes at Primo's and the flavorful menu at Los Gauchitos Argentinean Steak House.

This building is only a few miles from MIA airport and on the Biscayne bay. Long before you arrive, you'll get a welcome letter from us. We have office in the same building and there is 24 hour concierge and doormen. There is plenty of public transportation as well, but we recommend taxi, supper shuttle, or rental car. We have parking as well that is in doors and well secured.
Guests will have the best location, within minutes from anywhere, by walking, public transportation, bike, or car.

In case you need to park a car, there is garage kept secured self park or valet available. This can be arranged on site.
Self park in a garage requires registration and it's $90 for your entire stay.
Valet is at the Hotel price and may vary.

This place is fantastic! The apartment is huge and clean with a beautiful view of sunrises and Downtown Miami at night. The building amenities are great too. We had no problems with the parking. Publix is super close, as are many public transportation options. Highly recommended!

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, el apartamento también pero está muy descuidado, la puerta de un baño y de un cuarto no cerraban, el parqueo estaba incluido en la descripción del anuncio y luego nos querían cobrar $80 por darnos la tarjeta de acceso, en la terraza el piso estaba levantado, las mesas llenas de polvo, creo que por ese precio hubiera podido conseguir algo muchísimo mejor.

Sorry dear Eddy to hear that you did not find unit 1655 is not up to your taste , unfortunately all pretty things does not taste the same for everybody , some people love unit 1655 and the others do not , it is what it is . we believe and the others clients believe that unit 1655 is perfect unit , but it is what is ,love or hate story , and also I encourage you to follow the house rule . register on your arrival . I'm going to be very honest about my experience with Jahan and Global Grand Management. Jahan and his staff are very polite and were easy to work with... nice people. The property is an older hotel/condo high-rise, great restaurants on-site, neighborhood is fine and the view of downtown Miami is superb. There is a Publix supermarket a block away which was needed. Issues: One bed (mine) had no mattress and I slept the first night on box springs only. The AC did not work (but was fixed the next day. The shower stalls were filthy and hairs were seen without looking very hard (made me wonder about the floors). The towels were new, but had not been washed nor had tags removed. There was no provided soap or shampoo as you get in most AirBnBs. The patio chairs had ripped bottoms and/or filthy. Basically, the place presented as a dump with a fantastic view. Suggestions to Jahan: possibly have your staff do a good turnaround on your properties. Just a little bit of detail work would change everything. Also, the info sheet you give us on check-in should have more info, i.e. guest WiFi password, location of trash receptacles, the fact the front door does not automatically lock when exiting. I hope Jahan takes this collaboratively. I do not want to be negative and hope he understands I could not overlook things for future patrons.

Dear Brad, we regret to see that you are our first Airbnb guest to complain about our housekeeping practice. We value all of our guests and we take their feedback very seriously. About the mattress: we previously had a guest in this apartment who had a back problem and requested to have a hard mattress, which we provided to him. We've had several guests after him and before you who slept in that bed, and we did not receive any complaint from them. We definitely never have our guests sleeping on the box springs without a mattress... However, as you saw, we immediately addressed your problem and provided you with a new mattress. About the soap & shampoo: for hygiene purposes we normally do not put soap and shampoo into the condo, but we have plenty of them in our inventory and we have been providing them to guests upon their request (I will make sure that this info will be added to our information booklet). After receiving your review I had a meeting with our housekeeping staff. I gave them a copy of your comments and demanded that they would pay more attention to the detail while they are preparing apartments for arrival. We will also review and update our information booklet - thank you for the suggestion. We are gradually going through some changes and improvements - that's why we are hoping that you will give us a second chance and use our facilities for your future travel and we promise that you will see some great difference. Your feedback helps us grow and become better.
