Close to nightlife and Tokyo tower easy to walk to places but also a quiet neighborhood.

Situated between Roppongi and Omotesando, this relatively large apartment (by Tokyo standards - 3 bedrooms with 3 double and 2 single beds) is city center but in an almost silent neighborhood. Short walk to trains. It's clean with basic furnishings; no real 'dining' area though. It's not 5-star accommodations but it's great value, good location and the star attraction was the Star Wars decor which our 6-year-old loved!! We'd like to stay there again in the next visit to Tokyo.

Great location where Roppongi is steps away but still in the residential area that it is quiet at night time. All the Star Wars gadgets were fun to look at (my 2 yr old freaked out with the 3D Darth Vader). Few things to note, it is a walk up and there is no lift in the building (although it is on the 2nd floor). If you are traveling with huge suitcases like us, be ready to sweat. There are no AC units in one of the bedrooms and in the living/kitchen area, so if you are not into leaving your doors that connects the bedrooms open at night time, be ready sleep in a 40 degree sauna in the summer time. Also, the apartment is running on low voltage so the breaker can go with aircons, microwave, and lights all running at the same time. The breaker in the room will not work, and you must go downstairs to find the power source. Otherwise, pretty spacious and most of all, great location.

Hello, my name is Kenny Matsumura. You can call me “Kenny.”
There is one indispensable thing when it comes to the history of myself.
It is the “cricket.”

It’s me who started the “cricket” in Japan which was totally unknown sports in the country when I was a university student more than 25 years ago.
From that time, I made every possible effort to expand the cricket base in Japan from the beginning. Words cannot describe the hardships the activities went through.
While running a real estate company on my own, I also serve as an adviser of the Japan Cricket Association that I established. I also spend half the week travelling around the country in order to teach cricket to the children as a volunteer.
I was so happy when I became the first Japanese to receive the Lifetime Service Award from the International Cricket Council and selected as the "1000 international figures" of the century in 2009 as my achievement was appreciated.

I really love Japanese food, especially Sushi and Yakitori (grilled chicken).
If you want to eat very delicious Japanese food, you are more than welcome!
I can tell you my recommended restaurants or maybe we can go out to eat together if we can match up our schedules!

Please let me know if you are interested in Japanese cricket (or have any questions or inquiries of course)! I'll do my best to serve you.
I also would like to assure you the "hospitality" of Japan so that your trip will be comfortable and memorable.
Please fully enjoy Japan and have a great stay in Japan!
