Little Italy is a guesthouse/hostel in an excellent location for viewing Rome's important tourist attractions. Both the main railway station and airport bus drop-off points are no more than 10 minutes' walking distance from the guesthouse (ideal for people arriving on late flights). Our single room is spacious and tastefully furnished. We have no curfew or lockout. The room is cleaned on a daily basis. We provide fresh towels and bedlinen.
There is a common fridge in our kitchen. Free wifi is of course included. Free storage space for your luggage is included (in case you have a late flight back home). When you arrive we will give you a free map and tips about public transport and how to avoid lines at the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums. We also have restaurant recommendations for some great eateries in our area.

I am present at the Little Italy from 8 AM until I finish cleaning (1-2 PM). My cell phone is always on and I live 10 minutes from the guesthouse, so I can be there quickly in case you needs assistance.

Although you can check in at any time (and unlike a lot of places we don't charge extra for late check-ins), we do appreciate it if you let us know your arrival time at the airport or railway station before your arrival.
Please note that every tourist in Rome has to pay a city tax. For the category guesthouse this is 3,50 Euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the rates and is to be paid in cash, on arrival.

I am originally from the Netherlands, but have lived and worked in the tourist business in Rome since 1992. Before settling in Rome I traveled the world for 5 years. The time I don't spend with my family is still used by roaming around Rome and finding hidden places most Romans wouldn't even know about.
