I am sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Being a Super host means making sure that guests enjoy their stay from the beginning till the end of their stay and this takes a lot of energy to say the least. Prior to check-in the apartment was fully cleaned given to the guests SPOTLESS. This is a must we make sure to achieve for every single reservation and this was the case for this guest too thus the apartment was given 100% CLEAN. This means that the apartment is cleaned after EVERY reservation including all the towels and linen supplied to guests making sure these are given clean. Well let’s face it, that is what we would want too when going on vacation thus we make sure that we give back the same expectations that we have to our guests.
In summer it is Peak season in Malta thus guests are always coming and going especially as Manikata is one of the Quietest villages on the island and Just 10 minute walk away from the most POPULAR BEACHES in Malta – GOLDEN BAY and RIVIERA MARTINIQUE. Since Manikata is not as busy, shops are located closer to the city (St.Paul’s Bay and Bugibba area which are very touristic located just 5/10 minutes away by car) however a small grocery shop and other shops located at Golden Bay can be easily reached when required.
The apartment is HUGE with lots of space especially for large families. The apartment has distant sea views from the front balcony and country views from the large terrace located at the main bedroom. All rooms have windows. Thus the apartment is super airy and bright unless you close the curtains of course. The bedrooms overlooking the internal yard receive less natural light than the large open plan which is understandable however artificial lighting is always available to make up for that.
Every reservation has free access to Wifi which was recently installed as well as complimentary Television Channels apart from linen, towels, toiletries, water and electricity. The guests are able to communicate with us whenever needed or if they have any questions however we prefer to give guests space to enjoy their stay however we are ALWAYS there whenever needed.
In this case, the guests did not complaint on arrival with any of the issues raised in the review nor they communicated to us about any issues whatsoever at ANY TIME during their stay. Prior to check-in we patiently waited for more than two hours for the guests to arrive at the apartment and also offered them to pick them up as a good gesture. Having said that, it is Essential to COMMUNICATE with the host if there are any type of issues or questions however this was not the case thinking that the guests are satisfied like always. Fortunately there are our other POSITIVE reviews from other guests to prove the comfort of our property who enjoyed their stay at our apartment which is greatly appreciated.
