Natural desert land behind the the house with outstanding views of the mountains. The view is spectacular taken in from the second story deck. Do that while watching the sunset and enjoying a cocktail? Bliss...

Guests MUST request that the pool be heated in order for the owner to make arrangements to do so.

Pool and spa heating includes an additional fee per rental. If the rental is for longer than a week, there will be a fee per week. Payment for pool heating can be paid for either through specific arrangements or retained from your damage deposit.

There is room in the garage for one vehicle. The garage door opener can be found in the drawer underneath the coffee maker in the kitchen. When you are finished your vacation and leaving the home, please return the garage door opener to that drawer. Thanks!

There are also two bicycles in the garage. One is a ladies bike and the other is for a man. Please use with caution, respect and at your own risk. There is an air pump in the garage that you must use to maintain proper inflation of the tires so that they are not damaged. These bicycles are to remain within the Johnson Ranch area. Do not leave them unattended without locking them up. Theft happens. When at home, the bikes remain in the garage on the right hand side close to the water heater.

Please do your best to clean up after yourself in the house and yard. Treat this home with the respect and kindness it deserves.

Kitchen:
Upon departure all kitchen items must be cleaned and returned to their proper places. The coffee maker must be drained and fully disassembled. The dishwasher must be slightly propped open to prevent the growth of mold and mildew. ALL produce, dairy, and meats must be disposed of.

All garbage in the household (especially the kitchen garbage) and recycling must be placed in the large bins in the garage. Both garbage and recycling are collected every Tuesday. Place the containers on the street exactly as you see your neighbors doing it. They should be about three feet apart and on the widest side of the front yard beside the driveway.

Laundry:
All towels and sheets that have been used by your party must be washed, dried and returned to their correct rooms. This includes kitchen linens. Please use a 1/4-1/2 cup of Borax (depending on load size) per load to ensure cleanliness. Use only non-fragranced, non-dye laundry detergent and NO fabric softener. The owner of this house is extremely allergic to artificial fragrances. Also, when you are vacating the house, it is VERY important to leave the washer door ajar. This prevents mold and mildew from growing in the machine.

No outdoor shoes are to be worn indoors. This minimizes wear and damage to carpets, rugs and tile.

Minimize noise between 11 pm and 7 am as per HOA rules. Use common sense.

This is going to sound harsh, but the following rule is an absolute necessity since renters in the past have cost me thousands of dollars in repairs to fix the damage they caused:

***DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE CONTROLS ON THE POOL.***
If you do, you could cause EXTREME damage to the pool. A highly qualified pool company takes excellent care of the pool. They come early every Wednesday morning to work on the pool, check the pH and so on. They will be able to tell whether the controls have been moved. If the controls have been manipulated in any way, your damage deposit will not be returned. ***This is an IRREVOCABLE rule.***

No parking on the street between 11 pm and 7 am. Also an HOA rule. If you don't follow this rule, your vehicle may be either fined and/or towed.

Your visit includes use of all the amenities you might choose to use in the Johnson Ranch community. There are pools, parks, playgrounds, walking paths, tennis, volleyball, basketball, etc., etc.! Lots to do and great fun to be had!! There are only fees for golf. Finally? It is illegal to have open liquor in most facilities excluding the golf course. Be informed, have fun and enjoy responsibly!

This is a nice home that is as advertised. The host provides you with everything you would need during your stay. She is very good at communicating if and when issues arise and she is very hospitable as shown with our conversations we had prior to Flying in. If you're looking for a nice home with all the amenities and want to be outside of the Phoenix area this is a good place to be
