Perhaps the best feature are the amenities on the 34th floor, hot tub, firepit, gym, sauna, to name a few.

You'll be making meals in the gourmet kitchen using a Liebherr Stainless steel gas cooktop and AEG oven and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have queen beds with freshly laundered linens, the bathrooms are modern with a large soaker tub in the main bathroom and walk-in shower in the en-suite.

No shoes inside our home.

No smoking in unit or on the balcony. Please go outside on the ground floor to smoke! $500 fee applies if someone smokes inside or on the balcony.

No food or drink in the hot tub area a $500 fee applies for anyone who eats or drinks in the hot tub or surrounding area.

Only single use alcohol is permitted in a non breakable container, under NO
circumstances is glass allowed anywhere on the amenities floor (breaching this rule will result in a $500 fine)

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying in our home we have a strict no drug use policy.

Please remove all garbage and recycling before leaving.

Please place dirty dishes and silverware in dishwasher (no need to run).

For lengthier stays, additional bi-weekly cleaning fee applies ($90/clean).

Unreturned or lost keys and fobs will result in replacement fees (key $50, building fob $100, parking fob $150) and a $300 charge to replace the lock

The Apartment was perfect for a taste of city life. Beautiful views of the skyline, and in walking range of countless places to eat, drink, and be merry. Fabrice was very easily reachable, and helped with any and all of my questions.

Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario...went to university in Halifax, NS...currently living in Calgary for 3 years

I love exploring our country by living and traveling to different cities, Airbnb is a great way to explore new cities and meet new people you may never otherwise have met.

My boyfriend is a born and raised Calgarian who knows the city like the back of his hand, if you need suggestions we have them. We also have a one and a half year old labradoodle named Steve McQueen and two cats name Splat and Cecil.

Our style of Airbnb hosting is simple, enjoy the comfort of a home with hotel amenities.
