This is very unfair and just not the truth. There was much friendly communication about arrival, whether I have an iron, which I got out, and the nearest rental cars as yours had broken down, which I supplied. When you arrived you messaged that you might stay in a hotel because your companion didn't like it. You said, in your words:"I like it bit Janice, my companion does not like it. I'll let you know if we checkout early. She wants to go to hotel". If you want to stay in a hotel then book one , no? It clearly says in the flat description, not a hotel experience. As for leaving you told me " I'm planning to leave by 8am". I showed up at 9 but hadn't had a message so didn't do anything until I messaged you at 10am. I got no reply and rang the doorbell at 10.30, purely because I had no idea whether you were there or had left when you said you wanted to, and had indeed made plans around what you (Website hidden by Airbnb) mistake. I don't believe this is being pushy? Lastly it is lived in, but really there is not 1 inch of dust everywhere, obviously. I spend 3 hours cleaning before every stay. I wonder actually if this kind of exaggeration and fantasy is how you operate all the time...luckily I'll never find out.
