Ground floor, main door flat in Patrick. 2 double bed rooms, sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. The flat is bright, with a comfortable front room and external seating area in the front garden. It has a dining table for evening meals and a easy to use kitchen space. Excellent transport links, a 5 minute walk to Partick train and subway stations. There are lots of bars, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. The flat is a 15 minute walk to SSE Hydro, 15 minute commute into Glasgow's city center.

The flat is a good space for up to four people. The hall has a dinning table for breakfast or evening meals, the living room has a smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, BBC I-Player, Amazon Prime etc. The living room is bright and comfortable, in the summer months the front garden is great for BBQ's and catching the sun all day (if your lucky enough to see it). The kitchen space is fully equipped, feel free to take the bike for a spin around the Clyde.

Zugang für Gäste

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Partick subway and train station, which gets you into Glasgow city center in minutes. There are lots of local bars, restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. 6 Degrees North which sells locally produced craft beer is a 1 minute walk from my front door. Further along Dumbarton Road you'll find Byers road and Finnieston which have a number of shops and a great choice of evening venues.

The flat is easy to travel from as it is so close to Partick station. The interior is quirky and contemporary with character and cleanliness included. A lovely place for a small family or a couple. Would definitely stay again.

Its a really nice home! Plenty of rooms . And alot of places nearby to visit . We enjoyed our stay alot and we got to explore Glasgow. The responses of the Host were quick and really helpfull. There no problems at all. In conclusion : We will be back! And we recommend it to anyone!

We booked Michael's place last minute (btw 24-48 hours prior to arrival). Dave manages Michael's account and was very responsive. He had the place all ready for us in time. They were not able to be flexible with check in time. We did have to walk almost 10 minutes from the apartment to pick up the keys. This would not normally be an issue but with luggage in tow and after a long journey I have to admit it wasn't favorable. There is a venue next door that unfortunately hosted a wedding on our first night (Saturday). There were tons of people outside of our flat and they were very loud. Fortunately, you couldn't hear most of the noise from the back bedroom. That was the only night it was loud. All of the other nights were very quiet. The location was perfect for us and the apartment was very nice. The place had a washer and a dishwasher that came in handy. There was also a grocery and drug store a block away which was very convenient. We would stay there again in the future.

I currently work in the construction industry as a site manager. I have done so for the last ten years.

When I'm not working i enjoy cycling, playing football, hill walking and exploring Scotland.

I'm also partial to a pint in the various bars and pubs that Glasgow's west end has to well as trying all the new restaurants along Dumbarton road and into Finniston.
