It is on the 2nd floor at the in the intersection of 55th st and 26th ave. the 26 ave is a quiet residential street, 55th street is a little busier than 26th ave. There are two bedrooms, one with a window faces the street and one with window faces the back yard. So if you open the window faces the street, you will hear car sounds which is normal.
The hot water heater has limited capacity. When the hot water is used up, it will take 30 min to be heated again. So please try not to take continuous showers. And we don't recommend a very long shower.
