Here’s what you’ll enjoy about this space:
AMAZING LOCATION: You're in arguably the best location in the city. If you like to shop, you can't beat it. And there are some of the best restaurants in the city within one block (see Tomo Sushi and Lupa). There are 4 independent movie theaters in walking distance. There are several great music venues with 3 blocks (Le Poisson Rouge, Blue Note, Sullivan Room.)
CLOSE TO SITES: You are within 5 minutes walking distance from every train line in the city. Whatever you want to see (statue of liberty, ground zero, museums, central park, times sq, etc...) takes 20 minutes or less travel time. Also, you're only 3 blocks from Washington Square Park!
CLEAN, QUIET, COMFY, STYLISH: The apartment away from the street so it's as quiet as a library. The bed is very comfortable. And there's cool artwork on the walls. You'll feel like a real New Yorker here. There's also high-speed cable Internet and a video projector that creates a 5ft movie screen on the wall. Perfect if you need to relax after a long day in the city.
PERSONAL TOUCH: Over the past 10 years, I've traveled to 40 different countries so I know how it feels to be on holiday. Your trip to New York should be a special one, and I will do everything to help make that happen. I will happily answer any question you have about New York and the amazing things you can see. I love this town and I want you to love it, too!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I love my place and I know you will, too.
Also, I recommend downloading the EmbarkNYC app for getting around. Really handy!
If you are planning on having visitors while you stay in the apartment, please let me know in advance of your rental. I would need to pre-approve. Other than that, please just take of the apartment as though it was your own place. And no smoking or pets. Thank you!
