This newly renovated private guest apartment that is located on Ogden's east bench in a quiet, tree lined street. Classic 1920's and 30's style homes. Cozy 900 square foot open concept apartment has an amazing view of the mountains.

Relax and enjoy this newly renovated private guest apartment that is located on the east bench in a quiet, tree lined street. This cozy open spaced apartment has an amazing view of the mountains from two separate covered balconies. It is conveniently located close to shopping centers, restaurants, theaters, golf course, hiking trails, Weber State University McKay Dee Hospital and is only 20 minutes from Snow Basin and Powder Mountain ski resorts.
It sleeps 3 people. Weekly housekeeping and linens services provided. Smoking outside only please.
Furnished and decorated with all the comforts of home.
It has a full island kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and disposal. There is a dinnerware service for 6, including silverware and beverage glasses as well as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffeepot and utensils.
The bathroom has a large tub and shower with bath towels, hand and washcloth and rugs.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed with brand new mattress, foundation, dresser, closet and has 300 count bedding.
The open living area includes pub style dining table w/4 chairs, a large chaise sofa, chair, ottoman, coffee table, loveseat sleeper (twin), television and leather area rug.
High speed WI-FI internet provided. Owner lives on-site with pets. Owner/Agent

House Rules
1. Key access: A lock box is located by the front door. The code is set per guest. The code is the last 4 number of the phone number on the reservation. $50 charge for keys not returned to the lock box upon check-out.
2. Check-in: Guest shall inspect the premises for dirt or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform the Homeowner immediately. The Homeowner will inspect the property upon check-out. The Guest shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended use. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside only (please shut windows and doors close to your smoking location)
No cleaning or damage deposit is required however, you will be charged for any damage caused or excessive cleaning required including but not limited to smoking order.
3. No additional guest allowed: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Daytime guest are allowed and are sole responsibly of Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom they invite to use the premises
4. Privately owned: The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or it facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
7. Pets: No pets allowed in the property.
8. Guest apartment has no yard access
9. Parking: Off-street parking is available on the far right side of the driveway, in front of the apartment stairs, tucked up next to the fence. House and Guest apartment share the same driveway. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is permitted. Parking across the sidewalk is illegal and is subject to ticketing by Ogden City. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing. Any applicable fines/towing are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping, while linens and bath towels are included in the unit; daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If you require additional lines during your stay contact the Homeowner. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
11. Fireplace: The fireplace is not operable.
12. Storms: Mountain roads can be curvy and steep however, we highly recommend four wheel drive during snow months.
13. Noise: The apartment is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors by keeping the lose level down.

What a nice quiet place when visiting Ogden, nice neighborhood house, no street noise at all, and a nice apartment style accommodation. Very clean, well-appointed, perfect for the three of us with a pull-out bed for our daughter. Deb is a great hostess and has a really nice touch with the decorations, the full kitchen gave us the option of eating in, bbq on the rear landing would have been fun to use but no time this trip. This is very close driving distance to Weber State but in a quiet neighborhood when you're ready to unwind. A short drive to downtown Ogden and 'the Junction' where there are a lot of restaurants, shops and Ogden charm. I would recommend this to family and friends for sure.

The stay was awesome. Great accommodations for an awesome price. Apartment was clean and set up perfectly. Quiet and comfortable space. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Deb was very nice and available if we needed her. Great place!

Perfect location during our college visit to Weber State University and close to historic 25th street. The only thing that was missing was my husband as I was traveling with my daughter. I plan to rent the apartment again if my daughter attends WSU. It also relatively close to Park City and Salt Lake City.

Deborah had fresh blueberry bread waiting for us and fresh grapes and cheese. Very nice and comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Ogden restaurants. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip. It was a very comfortable stay. Deborah was easy to communicate with and access was easy. I was surprised to find fresh baked bread in the kitchen and fruit and cheese in the fridge - yummy!
