Modern and safe studio in the heart of Paris. Close to the nicest parts of the city and to public transportation (to must-sees in Paris and airports). A gym in the building. A balcony with a stunning view to have breakfast overlooking the rooftops !
Located on the 7th floor of a safe and modern building (with elevator), the apartment measures approximately 35m2. There is a small balcony to have breakfast in the sun with an exceptional view on the capital.
The apartment was renovated a year ago; the interior design is modern and simple. Because of the height, it is very quiet. The optical fiber has been installed in the building and you will have a very fast wifi connection.
Located on the “Boulevard Raspail”, the apartment is very easily accessible by public transportation from airports (CDG and Orly), and train stations (Montparnasse, Gare de Lyon, Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est.
You will find in the apartment a kitchen, a bathroom and a washing machine. There is a gym in the building (ground floor), where it is possible to request a free trial day.

I will be glad to answer all your questions about the flat and its surroundings. Don't hesitate to e-mail mail and if necessary, we can organize a phone call.
This place particularly suitable for people visiting Paris, and if you need any advice, I’ll be glad to help !
Thanks for treating the apartment as of one of your friends'. You can of course help yourself with food, shower gel, shampoo... I'll clean up after you, but a little help is always appreciated !
No pets or cigarettes inside ( it is possible to smoke on the balcony of course).
I have been living in Paris for more than 7 years now, for school and work. Before that, I used to live in Versailles, so I consider myself a local!
But I have always loved to travel, and I had the luck to go on exchange in Vancouver and in Copenhagen. And after I was done with school, I spent two years in the Navy, and traveled in Africa and the Middle East.
What I like the most is the outdoors. Living in Paris, I can’t go hiking or skiing every week end but I try to spend as much time in the wild as possible.
