This is a large and extremely central flat, yet it is very quiet! It comfortably sleeps 5 people (king size double, twin room, single room) with the ability to sleep an additional person on a zed bed. Property is in a great location and enjoys its own main door entrance and has a small outside area. The flat is located in the heart of the New Town. Within easy walking distance from the tram (tram goes to the airport or a taxi is £20-£30), Waverley train station and Edinburgh bus station.

This is a large and extremely central flat, yet it is very quiet! It comfortably sleeps 5 people with the ability to sleep an additional person on a zed bed and enjoys its own main door entrance.

The flat is located in the heart of the New Town literally less that a 5min walk from George Street and Princes Street. Easy walking distance from the train station, the airport bus stop and the trams.

The flat has just recently had a full renovation and is now available to rent, so we really hope you will enjoy your stay.

The property has a private outside area at the front by the main door.

It is also worth noting that we own the property directly next door too, and it is also a rental property. Should you wish to see details of the property next door please just ask- for a larger party it works well to rent both properties together.

Worth mentioning that on Friday after 5.30pm there is free parking near the flat until Monday morning at 8.30am.

The property doesn't have the grandest of entrances (through a shared court yard) but once inside we think you will love it as we have just finished doing it up!

Great location. Fifteen minute walk from princess street. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Would stay there again.

We absolutely loved Celia's place in stunning Edinburgh. Gorgeous clean roomy flat with fresh bed linen and everything you need for a most enjoyable stay. So close to cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. But in a very quiet peaceful spot. Thank you.

Celia's flat is clean and well appointed. The location is really what makes this property wonderful. It's walking distance to just about everything and the neighborhood is great. A short walk to Bailie's Pub is not to be missed. A true Scottish Pub! I have to say communication with Celia is excellent. She responds quickly to any questions and is there to help you with anything you may need. Thanks again.

Celia place is great. Very clean comfortable and centrally located. Within walking distance to great restaurants and public transportation. Highly recommend this place for a great Edinburgh experience!

I have been welcoming guests to properties for over 4 years now and I love it. I have received so many lovely comments over the years and, let's hope I don't jinx things by saying this, I have only ever had great guests!

I now have a number of properties that I manage on behalf of owners, and have started a small management company called 'Beautiful Holiday Homes' so if the first property you enquire about isn't available for some reason then I will always try and help by suggesting another lovely property if there is one available.

I work in both marketing and property, have done for over 12 years. I have also done a fair amount of restaurant reviewing over the last few years so happy to make recommendations :)

I am actually based between Edinburgh and Northumberland, love my city time but also my beach time. I am probably biased but I think I am very lucky to have both on my doorstep as Edinburgh is such a wonderful city, as for beaches it doesn't get much better than the Northumberland coast (if only we had the weather....).
