These spacious and well-constructed condominium residences are in a grand location situated on the Blue River under towering Blue Spruce trees. Between these trees take a quick morning walk on a small footbridge to the Quicksilver lift or the Peak 9 Base Area where all skier services are available. Equally close to Downtown, these units back up to the Arapahoe National Forest providing an all-around unique feel for your mountain vacation.

This charming 1,500 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium can sleep up to six people. Large windows and doors allow the light to illuminate every corner of the rustic themed unit, especially in the living room. There is ample seating in the living room to sit on the plush couches and enjoy your time around the decorative gas fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the TV/DVD. If you'd rather spend some time reading that vacation book this room is sure to provide all the light and comfort you will need.

The gourmet, wood and stainless steel, granite countertop kitchen has all the necessary state of the art appliances; coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator and even a tea kettle to enjoy a warm beverage after a long day on the slopes. Enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own unit at the beautiful dining table for six or the kitchen side breakfast bar for two.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed that is encased in comfortable bedding and has a large window with tree top views. The second bedroom has two Twin beds that feature traditional, upscale quilted bedding and wood furnishings. If neither of the bedrooms provide enough sleeping space, there is a Queen sofa sleeper within the unit. Both bathrooms are elegantly designed with large granite countertops. This condominium also features a small, inviting patio where you can retreat to and get that quiet time we all cherish on vacation.

Other amenities include wireless high speed internet, heated underground parking, elevators, and on-site washer & dryers. Guests to the Powderhorn complex have access to the Columbine Recreation Center where guests can enjoy the outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor oversized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Hours of Operation: Winter Season 8 am to 10 pm, Summer Season 8 am to 6 pm. **Hours are subject to change without notice.

Location: Our check in Is located at 213 North Main Street, Breckenridge CO 80424. We share our Check In office with Christy Sports and guests of Ski Country Resorts receive a 20% VIP discount on all equipment rentals with Christy Sports. Please Note, you must check in at this location PRIOR to arriving at your unit. Here you will sign guest registration, receive keys to your rental and receive all necessary information for your specific unit. Proof of identification will be required at check in. To authorize another individual, besides the primary guest
on reservation, to check in please notify us prior to check in.

Check-In: Check In time is at 4 pm and guaranteed by 6 pm. Check-Out: Check Out time is at 10 am. Storage for luggage is available at our office.
After Hours Check-In : There is a late arrival box located at the back of our building (213 N Main Street). Proceed up the metal stairs to the Christy Sports entrance and the box will be on your left hand side. Inside the
box you will find a packet with the reservation last name that contains a key, map, parking permit and welcome letter to your reserved unit. Please contact the office the following morning to complete your check-in process. (Please Note that items such as pre-purchased lift tickets, garage door openers and pool keys cannot be left in the late arrival packet and must be obtained by visiting our office during normal business hours).

GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION
Booking direct: An advance deposit equal to 25% of the cost of lodging is required at the time of booking. Remaining amount is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to credit card on file unless alternate arrangements have been made. (Exception: Holiday bookings require final payment 60 days prior to arrival). We accept all major credit cards. Please inform an agent if your reservation will require a different payment method. Booking on Airbnb.com: Full payment due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking direct: 45+ days (60+ Holiday) Prior to Arrival: Receive refund less $100 handling fee. 44- days (59- Holiday) Prior to Arrival: All monies are forfeited. Booking on Airbnb.com: Super Strict 30 Days: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. Please discuss reason for cancellation and options with an agent if you need to cancel your reservation.

Travel Insurance through CSA Travel Protection is available at 6.5% of your grand total. Please call us at (phone number hidden) or email us at (email hidden) to inquire or add to your reservation. Please Note, Travel Insurance must be added and paid by final payment date and/or 30 days prior to arrival.

MINIMUM AGE RESTRICTION
Must be 21 years or older to rent this condo. Age will be verified via photo ID at check in. Certain exceptions may apply based on prior approval and/or additional deposits/fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Credit Card information is requested at check in for all reservations in case of the following : unit damage, property loss, failure to comply with pet/smoking/occupancy guidelines as well as telephone charges (please note that not all units managed by Ski Country Resorts do not provide phone service, please see below for more information). Ski Country Resorts is authorized to charge up to $500 for any damages, property loss and/or failure to comply with policies and guidelines. Ski Country will charge against the supplied credit card with written or telephone notification.

Ski Country Resorts reserves the right to change accommodations without notice up to the day of arrival due to unexpected emergencies or sale of property. An attempt will be made to provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no charge to you. Rates are subject to change without notice. Ski Country Resorts is not responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury or loss to persons or properties directly or indirectly by weather, negligence, wrongful act of Travel Agent or other Third Party company beyond direct control of Ski Country Resorts.

MISCELLANEOUS
NON-SMOKING: All of our properties have a strict NO SMOKING policy of all substances. Reservations that do not follow this policy will be subject to additional clean fees and fines of up to $500.

PETS: This property is NOT pet friendly and the occupants will be subject to fines up to $500 and/or eviction if a pet is found on the premises.

PARKING : Each property has an established maximum vehicle allotment. Ski Country Resorts has no control over other HOA management parking restrictions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the guest to know their
property's vehicle allotment and display the given parking permit as instructed at check-in. Overflow parking is available in town for a fee of $15/night at the Breckenridge Ice Rink, located at 189 Boreas Pass Road or $5/night at the North Satellite lot, located at 1720 Airport Road.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Ski Country Resorts offers a complimentary shuttle service to our guests. It is a seasonal service and based on availability, which Ski Country has the right to stop as they see fit. Please use this service when available should you desire.

OCCUPANCY: The number of guests (per unit) is limited and not to exceed the property description. Additional guests above max occupancy must be approved in advance by Ski Country Resorts. Failure to comply may result in additional fines and/or eviction.

HOT TUB & INTERNET: Ski Country Resorts has no control over the mechanical operation of private home hot tubs or property internet. All private hot tubs are inspected and maintained prior to arrival. If either the hot tub or internet become inoperable during your stay, a maximum of $25/day will be refunded with approval from management. **Does not apply to bathtubs or recreational facilities.

PHONE/INTERNET SERVICE: Not all units managed by Ski Country Resorts are equipped with a land line phone and/or internet service. Should you require a land line phone and/or internet service during your stay, please ensure that the unit you have reserved has such prior to arrival. If it does not, please contact us at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to discuss your options. Should internet service at a unit providing such be interrupted for an exaggerated amount of time during your stay, a maximum of $10/day will be refunded with approval from management.

MAID SERVICE: Custom maid service is available at guest request. Please contact us for details and fees.

LOST & FOUND: Ski Country Resorts is not responsible for items left by guests. If found, retrieval and return of item(s) is subject to a $25 fee plus shipping.

Check in process is really annoying, need to go to an office which is 15 blocks+ from the house. Check out time is 10am! So forget about a hot shower after skiing. Too expensive for the service you get.

Your condo was perfect for my family of 4! We loved the beautiful mountain views and soothing river sounds right off the balcony. The location was great for us, an enjoyable 5 minute walk to Main Street. We will be back for another soul-cleansing Summer vacation in Breckenridge at Powderhorn A202!

Great condo with terrific layout; separation between living room/kitchen and bedrooms. Beautiful views with line of sight to the gondola. Located right on the river, steps to Maggie Pond, easy access to Main Street.

Our Summer week stay at Powderhorn A202 was fantastic. Pre-trip communication was very good, including a phone call to the property manager in which my questions were promptly and courteously addressed. Check-in process was seamless. (We arrived during office hours.) The unit itself showed exactly as in the pictures. Views from the living room were wonderful as were the peaceful sounds of the running Blue River from the balcony. Location was perfect for us. Main Street is an easy walk or bike ride from the unit and as such, while in town, rarely needed the car. Would definitely consider staying again.
