Alexa was a great host. When I had questions or concerns, she got back to me immediately, and was cheerful and ready to help. I would recommend this location particularly to graduate students on a budget who are traveling to Chapel Hill for a conference.

Small, cozy space that's just functional for a stay of a couple of days. Right on the UNC campus, and a quick walk away from the center of town. Have to sleep on a pull out couch, but for the value its definitely a solid place to stay.

All in all it was fine for what I needed- a quick stay in Chapel Hill that was walking distance from UNC campus. There were some issues with the room that I was able to deal with for one night.

The pictures posted were very accurate, but I found the home to be even more comfortable than the pictures made it seem. It was very clean and extremely close to campus - a perfect place for us to stay for a weekend in Chapel Hill. The party suite was perfect to have a few friends in the area over to catch up, and the outdoor porch was a lovely way to enjoy the fall day. I would definitely return to this place!

The room is really nice and it's in a great location! But the bed is broken and we struggled to put chairs and stools underneath the mattress so that it wouldn't collapse. Unfortunately there was no sheet for us when we arrived and we were also only given one pillow without a pillowcase (when the booking was for 2 guests). I messaged the host at around 10pm and got a reply in the morning saying where we can go get our own sheets from another building.

Hello!

My name is Sian, and I’m currently a graduate student in the Masters of Arts in Teaching program at UNC Chapel Hill. I was also a Tarheel in my undergrad, where I studied Psychology and Chinese. During my time at Carolina, I was a Resident Advisor for Resident Halls on campus, member of an acapella group, and involved with service work. I’ve been living in Chapel Hill for the past four years as a college student, so I would like to think that I know the city quite well! I’m a huge advocate for exploring and trying new things, and therefore have a lot of suggestions for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro area!
