Private suite with a bedroom, a full bathroom and a relaxing sitting room with fold out futon to chill and watch Netflix. A fun hanging chair from Germany is comfy too, as well as a compact Pilates springboard on the wall for Pilates types. There is no kitchen.
If you are coming to Nashville to booze it up, we may not be your place. Don't get me wrong, feel free to have a couple of drinks, we do! But bringing boxes of booze or coming in drunk and sloppy is undesirable. Also, since we have an 8 year old, we do not stay up super late. Talking super loud or having the television on a super high volume are not ideal for us....quiet time after 11pm downstairs is great. And since we tend to wake up when guests enter through the garage at night, coming in at super late hours night after night becomes a challenge, so if you plan on staying out til the wee hours of the morning night after night, we are not a great fit. (Feel free to reach out and inquire about possible exceptions) However, we are a friendly lot!

I am a Mommy to my fabulously spirited 8 year old boy. I also teach voice at a local university in their school of music and I teach classes in therapeutic essential oils. Before becoming a Mom I was a professional singer/performer on the stage (opera, choral, musical theater, etc..), a Pilates teacher and a teacher.
Some of my current passions are fermenting (Kombucha, Kefir, vegetables), cooking nutritious foods, holistic parenting, drinking wine, canoeing, taking family bike rides, essential oils, acupuncture, dancing and getting together with friends. Reading is also a passion, but alas, I do not get much time for that! I truly love food and would be happy to recommend some yummy eateries. Currently I am involved with a group of women who are working on using the magic of gratitude to change our lives, which is so inspiring!
My husband and I met on a cruise ship...I was singing and dancing and he was a wine steward. He is from Greece. We can't believe that our shipboard (cue The Love Boat theme song) romance has stuck!
My husband enjoys working out, being his son's favorite playmate and teaching Krav Maga.
We enjoy greeting each day with gratitude and embracing all of the wonderful possibilities that life has to offer!
