Situated close to town in a quiet area our modern 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom holiday house with great deck views is suitable for families and older groups (No Schoolies groups) wanting to relax in Byron and enjoy the beach and surroundings.

Filled with light and colour ByronView our clean modern holiday house is set high up in Byron Bay township and catches the breeze and has panoramic views towards the hinterland.

The 4 bedroom (3 bathroom) house has a timber floored open plan living/dining/kitchen area which flows onto 2 large decks with views of the lush green landscape of Byron. There is a separate downstairs area with a twin bedroom and bathroom and an enclosed courtyard, ideal for children.
The downstairs area has a laundry with washing machine, dryer and small fridge.

The house is ideal for an extended family holiday with children enjoying the separate downstairs area with their own entertainment facilities including a table tennis table.

The main bedroom has a King sized bed, walk-in robe and an ensuite, Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and opens onto the deck with a full length glass sliding door. Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and shares the bathroom (with bath) with Bedroom 2. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the house living area has reverse cycle air conditioning for cooling and heating.
Flat screen TVs with DVD players are in the upstairs and downstairs living areas.

The kitchen has modern appliances and a large dining table and there is a BBQ on the deck just waiting for that meal on the deck enjoying the wonderful local produce from the Byron markets and watching the beautiful Byron sunsets.

The house is located in the heart of Byron just 2 minutes drive or a short stroll to Byron’s pristine surf beaches, restaurants and cafes, town facilities and Cape Byron national park walking tracks.

ByronView has a private garden and ample off-street parking for 4 cars and a lock up garage. Bikes are available for our more energetic guests.

We use ByronView quite often ourselves and respect our neighbours therefore like to keep it well maintained and fully equipped, because of this we prefer to have mature guests and family groups. A few No Nos - No Schoolies bookings, no parties, no loud noise after 10pm, no smoking and no pets. We follow the Byron Holiday Letting Organisation Guidelines and if we receive a complaint regarding noise you will be asked to leave.

We love Byron and hope that you will too.

Guests have full access to the house.

We communicate with our guests through email and phone and provide assistance if required on arrival.

Our neighbourhood is very close to town, the beach and great coffee shops on foot by bike or by car. It is a quiet area with friendly neighbours who we respect and ask our guests to respect them. We do not take Schoolies bookings.

There is public transport close by and offroad parking for 3 cars.

ByronView is in a quiet residential area and we respect our neighbours therefore we do not have party groups (definitely no Schoolies) and ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm or before 8am. Byron Council has a strict policy on noise after hours and if you are reported you will be asked to leave.
No smoking or drug taking on the property at all. No animals allowed.
Only the number of guests booked are to stay - no extras.

When leaving we ask you to:
• Lock all doors and windows and replace the master key in the key safe locking it by jumbling the combination.
•Turn off electrical appliances (except the fridge)
• Drop blinds,
• Strip beds (leaving the used linen and towels inside near the front door for collection)
• Remove all perishable foods from the fridge and cupboards, take out rubbish. A Bin Service takes out and brings in the large outdoor bins.
Wipe down the BBQ
We expect that the house will be clean and tidy when you arrive and would ask that you leave it in a neat and tidy condition.

I work in IT and Peter works in architecture, we love to unwind in Byron Bay where we have been holidaying for over 25 years and where we have our holiday house which we have lovingly renovated over the past few years.
We enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that Byron offers with swimming, surfing, bike riding and golf and we love the beauty of Byron and its surrounds. Being the age we are we also love that little touch of “Hippie” that Byron has to offer combined with great restaurants, bars,coffee shops and fresh food markets.
We love travelling and meeting people and look forward to sharing our little piece of paradise with other travelers.
