Set in the vibrant Shore in Leith, seconds away from fantastic bars & restaurants, 3 michelin star restaurants within stones throw! ‘The Shore’ has a village feel yet is close to the city & all sights. Perfect for exploring Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival, but not in the heart of the craziness! The city centre is 10 mins by taxi and 20 mins on a bus (24hr bus).
A lovely flat on the second floor of an usually shaped traditional tenement building, it is very bright and full of character. The flat has large traditional sash and cash windows and high ceilings, it gets full morning and afternoon light. Bright double bedroom, double mattress, cotton sheets, recently redecorated open plan living/dining room with sofa, coffee table and reading chair, fold out table and chairs, original floorboards. Wifi and TV/DVD player. Fully fitted kitchen, electric oven, gas hob and plenty of pots, pans, kitchen equipment - I hate staying places where there aren’t the essentials to cook with, so I will leave plenty of larder fare to help yourself to. A good size bathroom full of plants, electric shower, full size bath. Hallway with bookcase. View of ‘Water of Leith’ from kitchen and bedroom.
I wouldn't live anywhere else in Edinburgh, I hope you enjoy the flat and the area as much as I do! Any queries just ask and I'll do my best to help!
