One minute to the corner minute mart, 10 min drive to freeway, Safeway and Target, downtown Longview or I-5. 1 1/12 hour drive to Mt St Helens visitor center. 45 minutes to Portland airport. 1 1/2 hr to the coast. 2 1/2 hrs to Seattle. The carpenter's cottage is decorated in vintage woodworking and logging tools that have been used for several generations in our family. Rainier has a rich history of logging, lumber and woodworking. Some tools have been found nearby. Enjoy a peaceful country setting with deer, birds, occasional bobcat, squirrels, raccoons, occasional elk, but is a short walk to town. Watch deer munch on apples and relax in the shade as you walk around our 14 acres or enjoy them from your windows.
