There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. New 55" 4K smart TV and Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free street parking. The washer and dryer are free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland resort.

Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

Quiet and cozy standalone guesthouse with private entrance and self check-in. No contact with other guests, no spaces are shared — everything is entirely for your private use. Features a queen-size bed ideal for couples, an additional sofa bed can be provided for the third guest to sleep on. A/C and heating, work desk, fan, and smoke detector.
