The Coop

I'm just a small farm girl who grew up within a farming area in southeastern New Mexico. As I was a child, I was intrigued with baby chicks. My grandfather built a coop, and they became full grown Chickens and Roosters. My love for Chickens and Roosters enhanced with their colors and character. They were my friends. Soon after, I began to sell eggs to nearby neighbors to have spending money for school. My love for chickens and roosters is beyond measure. So I've named my house "The Coop"

Classic farmhouse on 20 acres, no cleaning fee!

Peaceful country living 10 minutes from downtown Roswell, NM. This twenty-acre farm features 100s of pecan trees, grassy pastures, native flora, a pond, and an old stucco farmhouse sitting in the middle of it all. With the help of a Deere tractor, several equine friends (big and small), wild growth is kept under control. There's a good chance you'll see native fauna, from turtles and wild turkeys to dragonflies and great blue herons (depending on the season). Bring your binoculars!

Two bed, one bath home located in established residential neighborhood with a big back yard for enjoying the cool evenings. Home is directly across from Cielo Grande Park Loop walking trail, and near two public golf courses, a new aquatic center, large public parks, and an open space nature area. Everything in the home has been updated within the last five years, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Parking for oversized vehicles is available on site. Well behaved pets welcome.

Additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, two separate bathrooms and two rollaway beds that sleeps up to 8 guests.

The studio has been newly remodeled and lots of extras have been added. It’s very private, spacious, clean and modern. The studio is tastefully decorated. It has a queen bed, a futon bed, full bath, a kitchenette with a fridge, two burner table cooktop, a toaster oven, microwave, crock pot, skillet as no more. It has two parking spaces. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

New Mexico Military Institute golf course home

Beautiful newly constructed home with the back yard facing the golf course. Landscaped and easy access to college and shopping. Quite and well developed neighborhood with long term residence. Home recently built 2023. One gig WiFi large garage. Plenty of parking. Ping pong table. Patio is a great place to unwind, have your coffee in the morning and relax in the evening.

The Bunk House

A sweet slice of the Country in an Adobe guesthouse. Recently updated, a comfortable place to rest and regenerate. Quiet, peaceful, a private adobe studio. Property is a short drive from the center of Roswell. Dedicated off street parking. Pecan orchards, horses, alfalfa fields and beautiful sunsets abound. Located close to Bottomless Lakes, Bitter Lakes and Lake Van.

Don't mind the resident 👽 Paul (NOT A PERSON) he is in charge of making sure your stay is delightful. Check out Texas Roadhouse and Geles which both are located directly behind the property, perfect for a quick drink with no need to find an Uber!!
