Cosy Cottage Kakaramea

This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. We have AC. We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

Welcome to our brand-new 2-bedroom cottage nestled on 15 acres, a tranquil retreat. Step onto the sunny deck, equipped with BBQ and outdoor bath. One bedroom has a luxurious queen bed and the other with a versatile super king, easily transformed into two king singles. The cozy lounge provides a sofa bed. Families are embraced, and we've equipped the cottage with essential amenities for babies. Unwind, and relish the modern comforts of this rural gem. We do occassionally get power cuts.

Just 10 minutes to The Base shopping center and 10 minutes to the centre of Hamilton, and 20 minutes to Waikato Hospital. It also is only 26 minutes from Mystery Creek events center home to the NATIONAL FIELDAYS. Situated on SH 39 5 minutes off SH1, it is on your way to Waitomo caves. Surfing town Raglan is only 30 minutes away. There are a lot of cycle and walking tracks situated close by.

Inside, you’ll find an equipped kitchen with an island bench, a cozy lounge with TV (chrome cast only), a sleek bathroom, & a queen bedroom with a large wardrobe. Located in Dinsdale, just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Hamilton & only a 5-minute walk to local food shops, takeaways, & essentials

Country cottage with 2 bedrooms

Our cottage was renovated a couple of years ago but is still fresh and new. Comfy queen beds, dining table, kitchenette, quite large lounge with TV, with shower & toilet, & washing machine. A warm, clean, safe and private space to relax and unwind, you may want to go surfing at Raglan, attend the Fieldays (held in June) maybe skiing at Mt Ruapehu, great for sole adventurers, or couples. We have recently added solar panels to become less reliant on the grid.

At 6x3m this tiny home is brand new & cosy, with a full ensuite and kitchenette, wifi, queen bed, bbq and even a beautiful outdoor bath!
