After a day out, enjoy an evening relaxing by the chiminea with a drink and toasting marshmallows while gazing at the stars.

The Boat Shed, a lakefront self-contained studio accommodation, has a vaulted beamed ceiling, a living area, a built-in corner queen bed and a tiled ensuite. The accommodation opens onto a private deck and patio facing the lake. It is a self-contained unit with a microwave, fridge, toaster and electric jug. Continental breakfast provisions are supplied as well as Ginie’s freshly baked goodies. The linens are high quality 100% cotton and are air dried to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Time out on Tilsley is a great base to explore the forest and sightseeing spots of Rotorua from. Perfect for 4; can sleep 6. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
