Beautiful space, felt very isolated but easy to get to town if needed. Very short drive to hikes nearby. Loved it! Excellent WiFi too.

Wander Inn is a great little cabin in the woods. Very clean and well kept. The hot tub was very nice, and bonus, you can watch the sunset while soaking! Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay. We were two moms who brought our group of kids for spring break. The place was decorated nice. They thought of little touches like ice and water in the door of the fridge, pour over coffee system, nice eco friendly soaps. The washer/dryer were very handy as the kids went back and forth to the hot tub and it was chilly outside. There were adequate kitchen offerings to make meals with ease. The driveway is a little steep but both of our Subarus had no trouble getting up. This was a cozy retreat that I would definitely stay in again.

The cabin was just like the pictures plus, if you forgot anything more than likely Kayla had it there for you which was extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable and my mom and I had a nice stay. There is a wonderful wrap around porch which had two sitting areas and if you looked sometimes in the woods you could spot some local cows and babies. Who doesn't love cows! The hot tub was perfect after a day visiting different cities and checking out the local tourist spots. Plus, from someone who lives in a more populated area in Michigan it was nice to come back to such a beautiful piece of land and tranquility that it brought. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Both Airbnb hosts, Lisa & Dennis, were very responsive to any/all questions we had. Home amenities were as advertised. We didn't partake in the treats our hosts left for us: a basket of S'Mores fixings, individual snacks and bottled water (which we drank), the personal touch was much appreciated. Our group of 4 (2 male fishing partners & a husband-wife team) found the bedroom arrangement a little curious, but we worked it out just fine. There is a small bedroom (double bed?) INSIDE the master suite (king size bed) with a bathroom - which is very nice. Bedroom #3 is upstairs (Queen size bed). So hubby & I took the upstairs quarters. I had a yoga spot up there as well as a balcony. The back deck is where we spent our evenings & used the pellet grill to cook dinner. Being unaware how long the grill (super nice - electric) required to heat up to temp, you'll start it sooner than you would a charcoal grill. Neighbor dogs were friendly & hung out with us on the front porch. Yes we'll return

I recently stayed at this cabin for the weekend, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. The surrounding area was incredibly peaceful — perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The setting was beautiful, with nature right outside the door, and it was clear that a lot of care was put into making the space cozy and inviting. The amenities were exactly as described (and even better than expected), and everything we needed was readily available. Overall, this cabin offered the perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and charm. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

It was so nice to stay here! So many nice amenities and John was so helpful even when I asked stupid questions. Great space to hang out and close to hiking spots and Miguel’s pizza! Kitchen was phenomenal. My friends were a bit creeped out by the surroundings but maybe that’s bc we aren’t used to rural Kentucky (we live in rural OH). The hot tub was SO nice. Recommend heating it five hours before you get in, it was not so warm the first night!

Visited our son at Morehead State University. Spent a day hiking around Cave Run Lake and one just hanging out and playing games at the cabin and grilling. Perfect location and room to sleep the entire family. We had a wonderful stay.

Loved this spot, perfect for a homecoming weekend with friends. We will be back!

Nice cabin clean great parking for multiple vehicles if there is one thing to improve on would be the WiFi it was out most of the time but other than that a great place to stay in would stay again if in the area

Stayed in Cabin 3 for a week in October 24. The cabins and property are extremely clean and in excellent condition. Lawn is maintained nicely. There is a fire ring with chairs waiting for you! Paved road and designated parking space / area. Cabin looks exactly like it does in all of the pictures. There are no stairs / steps to Cabin 3 which makes it really nice if you have mobility issues. Squirrells and birds abound in the peaceful quiet area. It is at the beginning of a dead end street so there isn't much traffic or noise. There isn't a dresser or closet here nor any storage / counter space in the bathroom - so just be aware of that. Futon was comfortable to sleep on and so was the bed. Elliotts Pizza (turn right onto 801 and then right on 60 at the roundabout and it's on your left} is close, priced right and delicious! Kitchen was well equipped with the basics. Cabin is competitively priced for the area. Owners are helpful and easy to communicate with.

Kitty & Meredith made accommodations for my kiddos and I last minute when our hotel reservations fell through. Our stay was fantastic and the outdoor playground and patio were awesome for the kiddos!

Quick trip to visit our daughter at Morehead State. This was perfect location and space to allow her to be able to hang out with us outside her dorm room. Will definitely book again!
