The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. This apartment has its own private entrance and is located upstairs.

OUR STUDIO IS NOW NEWLY REMODELED THROUGH-OUT!!! It is very bright and airy with large view filled windows, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Pots, pans, utensils, spices are available. It sleeps 4 (2x adults + 2x children) comfortably and is completely detached from the main house over a garage, with a private porch. The studio is equipped with a keypad for entry.

Beautiful natural light streams throughout this classy space. This studio is located in it's own little hideaway on the second floor of a California Spanish style building. It has the view of beautiful trees on one side and the other side, view of the quiet building. The location is an ideal spot in Long Beach with walkability and a quick drive to the beach.
