On the East side of West Rush Lake, spanning 1.1 acres with shoreline on two sides, the property has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, WiFi and smart TVs in the LR, loft, and primary. Recreationally, there’s ping pong, foosball, hot tub, private beach area (swim at own discretion), outdoor firepit (byow), and easy access to fishing, boating, and more! Enjoy a nearby golf course with simulators or two lakeside restaurant for dining. Additionally, a winery, waterpark, and casinos all within a half hour.
