Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. After you enjoy a day at the beach, come back and relax with a cold drink on your circular patio and gaze out over a sea of ferns in the state forest at the rear of our property. You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.
