Guest apartment is separated from the main residence by a large garage.Parking is next to the apartment entrance.The location is 5 minutes from Dayton, 35 minutes to Houston, 10 minutes to Mont Belvieu, 15 minutes to Baytown.There is an outside seating area under the beautiful oak tree .The calm setting of trees mixed with the sounds of nature and the comfort of the apartment will make you a fan of Out In The Country.

Fire pit and charcoal grill are provided as well as a Kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment. Kayak, fish, or swim or just chill on private pier. Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 11:00 am. Come and stay at our peaceful lakeside cabin. Grill on your own patio and sit by the lake on your own pier. The house is stocked with pots, pans, and other utensils. We will provide you with the necessities to make your own breakfast at your own pace. Items provided will be milk, cereal, and pancake mix.
