During the trip we will visit waterfalls, swim in a natural thermal spring lagoon (25C year round), water caves, canyons, and a few surprises along the way. It is not too extreme or strenuous as we move to the different locations with the minivan. Let’s call it a glamventure day :) This is NOT a hiking day. This tour is suited for almost everyone. Fit or not, young or more experienced ;-) I will guide you to get close to the massive waterfall, swim at the thermal springs and really almost whatever you are up to. If you are not so active, all the locations are perfect for chilling, taking amazing pictures and just enjoy a perfect day in the nature with fellow travellers. Of course there are nice stops to have local food and drinks. This experience is perfect for couples, group of friends, families, hen/stag dos and solo travellers.

We are going to do a fun ride most of all through the cycle paths of Valencia. We could visit the Garden of the Turia, the Royal Garden, The City of the Arts and the Sciences... Be prepared to be active and to have fun. It's really easy to ride the E-steps. The first minutes could be a little scary (just a little) but then you will feel free and safe. Wir besuchen die Altstadt. Das Beginn unseres Spaziergang ist der ArtNouveau Hauptbahnhof "Estación del Norte" (1917), die alte Eingangstür der Stadt. Von hier an, besuchen wir das Rathaus und der Post (1922). Hier finden die wichtigsten Feierlichkeiten und Feuerwerken der Stadt jedes Jahr in März statt: las Fallas. 200 Meter weiter und wir sind vor dem Zentralmarkt und vor einer der behrümtesten Gebäudes: der Seidenmarkt. Aus dem 15. Jahrhundert und an der Liste von UNESCO. 3 Plätze sind jetzt unseres Ziel: Der runde Platz, der Königinsplatz und der Jungefrauplatz. Man kann sagen, dieses ist das religiöse Zentrum der Stadt. Die Serranos Türme und das alte Flussbett des Flusses Turia zeigen uns wie wichtig für die Entwicklung Valencias sie waren. Nach dem Besuch des Marchis von Dos Aguas Palais kommt die "shopping" Zeit: Poeta Querolstrasse, Don Juan de Austria Strasse und Colonstrasse. Und zum Schluss unseres Spaziergang wieder ein Art Nouveau Gebäude: Der Colon Markt. Heutzutage gilt als "meeting point", ganz in Zentrum des Erweiterungs-Viertel "El Ensanche" und der perfekte Platz ist um ein Kaffee zu geniessen und Bilder auf den sozialen Netwerken zu zeigen Ansonsten zu beachten Unseres Spaziergang dauert 2 oder 2.15 Stunden. Nos encontraremos en el mercado de Ruzafa (en la puerta exterior de la parte marrón) a dos minuto de LaLlarga. Entre sus puestos repletos de productos frescos y gente aprenderemos juntos a Ramon, guia oficial del ayuntamiento, como comprar los mejores productos para nuestra paella. LaLlarga està en apena 3 minutos andando en un paseo agradable por las calles del barrio mas bohemio de Valencia. El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, LaLlarga serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia. Una vez lista la comeremos juntos y nos conoceremos aun mas!

Tras encontrarnos en Huerto Ribera, iniciaremos juntos un precioso recorrido por la finca, la fachada monumental de 1870, rodeada por montañas, con unas vistas increíbles en plena naturaleza. Pasearemos por los jardines del Huerto Ribera con naranjos centenarios. Caminaremos entre naranjos, conoceremos su tradicional cultivo, comparándolo con las técnicas más modernas, y veremos todas las variedades de cítricos plantadas: Sanguinelli, Citrus Yuzu, Mano de Buda, Limas, Caviar cítrico, Calamondin, Kumquats... Aprenderéis todo sobre el cultivo de los cítricos. Conoceréis su historia, los sistemas de plantación, de poda, de riego, injertos… También os contaremos la situación de los agricultores y del sector citrícola para acercaros la realidad del campo valenciano. Podréis recolectar vuestras propias naranjas o mandarinas de temporada (en temporada, de febrero a junio) y observar distintas variedades de cítricos. I will take you to a 3 hours tapas experience to discover the most authentic tapas, bars and neighborhoods of Valencia. In this evening walk you will discover the Valencia that very few tourists have the chance to see and you will enjoy it like a local. 4 stops in total and a many things to discover. During this food tour we will live to the rhythm of the city and we will eat where the citizens of Valencia used to go, away from the ultra tourist sites. More than a tour, we will live a cultural, walking and gastronomic tour in the same experience. We will go to a local bar where we will have an authentic almuerzo/breakfast as the Valencianos do: the iconic Esmorzaret! We will discover Valencia's old stores and taste their fresh products, have a delicious breakfast, visit the emblematic central market where we will stand to eat Iberian ham, olives, cheese and wine from the region. We will continue this fantastic adventure having a light lunch with obviously one of the most typical dish of Spain with drinks included in a bar / restaurant well appreciated by the inhabitants of our beloved city.
