Great for breakfast/lunch. Very close to condo. Delicious sandwiches with authentic French baguette bread in their specialty bread oven, as well as fantastic crepes, French pastries, and coffee drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.). Don't bother going to the outdoor crepe stand - the crepes here are much better and you don't have to wait in line outside forever. If you forgot to make a reservation for dinner or want takeout, this is a good option to get delicious food quickly.
