There is a public boat launch here at the bridge along with a large parking area. This launch will accommodate good size boats, dont let the "creek" name scare you away. Across the bridge and on the other side of the public launch is the Poplar Point Marina. They do not have launch services there, but they do has gas accessible from the water, rent boats, rent jet skis, sell boat parts, service boats and they have a nice, casual restaurant overlooking the lake with live music on the weekends. They also have ice cream for the hot summer days. There is a place here to park your boat and go eat. I mention all this because you will want to find your way down the river to our house so you can find your way back to the marina.
