most open air taxis are $5 pp - easy way to get around, will pick up and drop off right at your villa. Flights come into St. Thomas Airport, Westin offers a private ferry and taxi service, $125 per person. Or you can take your own taxi to the Red Hook ferry terminal and take public ferry to St. John and a taxi to the Westin, much cheaper.

flights arrive on St. Thomas and guests have 2 options to get to St. John by boat 1) Private ferry service offered by the Westin at $125 per person, round trip and unlimited use includes airport baggage assistance, airport check in, taxi and ferry directly to the Westin Hotel or 2) take a taxi to Red Hook ferry terminal approx $15pp, take public ferry approx $8 pp, take private taxi fro St. John to the Westin Hotel, much cheaper, not as seamless but works.

Even though St. John is part of USVI we recommend your bring your passports in case you take a boat trip that crosses into any International waters - you will need your passport - so many boat trips to visit other islands you don't want to miss out
